182 Square Feet

My goal to build a micro house in Kodiak has not changed although I've dropped plans to make on out of shipping containers. This dude in Seattle has made perhaps the most kick arse design yet, squeezing his life into a 11 x 16 foot space. He designs aircraft interiors for a living so mudderphutter got skillz. Best part: he throws parties with up to ten peeps. If that were my place it would be El Sandinista and nine Sea Gals every Friday night.
