I'm not sure who the f-tard is but he's using something called a leaf blower (or two) to push his arse around a pond kneeling on an air mattress. Don't ask me how I discovered this. So when are those motorboat operating hours on Island Lake? For Sitka Spurce-hugging non-Flatlanders, the device pushing him is normally used for cleaning up fallen tree debris around NFL Week 5.
